The booking system now uses real service durations, live slot availability, blocked times, and double-booking protection so customers can submit organized requests with confidence.
What this booking flow does right now
- Shows only active services configured in admin settings
- Generates bookable slots from service duration and business hours
- Blocks unavailable times and prevents overlapping appointments
- Saves new requests as pending so the slot stays reserved
- Feeds the admin dashboard, appointments list, and calendar immediately
Online booking currently supports a 45-day window, requires at least 24 hours of notice, and uses 30-minute slot intervals.
